Shree Devi Mahal was opened to public viewing on 8 December 2013. Opening ceremony was performed with Lord Perumal Thiru Kalyanam. Thiru Kalyanam was conducted by priests from Thiruneermalai. People from surrounding localities had opportunity to receive blessings of Lord Perumal on this auspicious day.

Devi Glass and Plywood's is known in Selaiyur famous for glass and plywood's supply from 1987 owned by Mr.J.Jayamohan. As years passed by Mr.J.Jayamohan introduced Shree Devi Mahal in the year 2013. Mahal is constructed considering modern amenities and ambience.

Shree Devi Mahal is open for marriage, functions, meetings, mini functions, school programmes and business conventions.
