First of all a warm welcome to my official home page. I entered into this field in the year 1968 and learnt cooking from my gurunadhar Mr.Ramalingam Iyer . Since then, catering industry had underwent lot of periodic changes with upward growth in terms of respect and recognition.
I still remember my early days, where we use to carry vessels and go to various villages to cook for any sort of occasions. During 80’s there were only few kalyana mandapams in Chennai like “Devakottai house” now which is AVM charities rajeshwari at R.K.salai, Sowmiya baunglow now called as Hemamalini at avvai shanmugam salai, Nalvazhvu kalyana mandapam in Royapettah, Abeswari kalyana mandapam which is now the hotel Park Hayatt in mount road
